Each of us possesses an inner source of healing wisdom. I guide my clients to that source through Craniosacral Therapy, Yoga, Somatic Experiencing, and Mediation to help support their healing process.

Yoga & Meditation
Yoga and meditation are practices to nurture your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual wellbeing. When taught as healing modalities these practices enable you to release pain and tension from both the body and mind and experience spaciousness, peace and freedom within.

Somatic Experiencing
Somatic Experiencing utilizes the language of the primitive brain, sensation, to deactivate unprocessed survival energy and allow the nervous system to settle back into its natural state of well-being. SE sessions are done in a seated dialogue, and I will often ask you to pause and notice what you are aware of in your body - this guides the session.
